I really think this could work. For small towns it was always this way, but WalMart is becoming like the mall. It will need slightly higher end areas, and lower end areas in it.
In the past year, Walmart has attracted more wealthy shoppers looking to stretch their dollar.
As long as they don’t go overboard with this approach, it will likely work.
