I read this as Rent The Runway using Amazon Fashion as a final liquidation service for their clothing,
Or that Rent the Runway is on its last legs?
Will organic traffic and advertising produce profits or simply allow for liquidity of goods?
It depends if they fixed their native profitability.
When I was at Barnes & Noble.com. At that time our .com website was losing money, perhaps 2 points on each transaction on its own website. I had people at other marketplaces say: sell your products here! I think even Wayfair tried.
I asked what the commissions were? 15 percent.
