Bernstein has prior form in letters like this. I remember some years ago them having a similar pop at Tesco (with Bernstein having on staff someone who previously held a senior position at Tesco, making the critique more pointed).

There have been for a while companies who could “reskin/rehead” existing “on model” imagery, but not in anything like real time and not “redrape” to different model shapes, so takeup has been niche (mainly limited to multinational retailers needing to localise their content at a lower cost than reshooting on region appropriate models). The big change is this capability is now in the hands of the customer.
