Fanatics had a panelist on a HR topic at the recent Retail tech show in London
It wasn’t a particularly insightful panel; trying (and failing) to answer the question of how to deliver flexible/hybrid working for store employees. Ultimately it’s down to doing the basics well with proper listening feedback e.g. scheduling employees for when they are able to work, open and simple hiring for junior roles (with probations).
