Deep diving a bit on the functionality, this service looks more more capable than average (and has considered a more enterprise scale and omnichannel offering, although they have additional building to do).
Exchange shipout can be triggered earlier in the returns process (competitors like Zigzag, Metapack Returns, or GFSDeliver generally don’t offer that).
In the UK this will partly compete with, and partly complement with, Clicklink (available as an integration in Metapack, another part of Auctane)
