how valuable is BBB for marketplace sellers on Amazon? This reads like “we are trying hard to keep bad actors of Amazon but the coverage might be dependent on a third party…”
It’s hard to find reliable information. I think this could be helpful, but who will know about it?
On the plus side, BBB does get a lot of inquiries so it will help their customer service people at least.
