After 3 years of losses, is it time for John Lewis Partnership to shelve its

UK retail bellwether in significant trouble.

Market position wise they are a bit lower than Selfridges/Harrods/Harvey Nichols, slightly up from Marks & Spencer. Nordstrom + Bristol Farms/Wegmans probably their nearest US equivalents.

“Bonus” = Employee profit share (as per their unique corporate constitution). No profit to share.
